Android tablet app

I worked on the requirements, prototyping, user testing and interaction design for this universal Android app with a scalable tablet interface.

Since Tesco both own blinkbox and have their own very successful Android tablet (the Hudl), this fully featured app was critical. Since completion it has been shipped on every Hudl sold and been installed on hundreds of thousands of other Android tablets.

This app has since been replaced with a player-only clone of the iOS app (that I also designed) since the TalkTalk take over.

User testing

An Axure prototype was used to test and tweak the user journeys and interactions for the currently live app and is ongoing for the currently in development download functionality.
